The physics behind the game

Choose a charging resistance and release time, then connect exponential capacitor charging to stored energy and launch speed.

V꜀ = Vₛ(1 − e^(−t/RC)); ½mv² = η · ½CV꜀²

Model assumptions. An initially uncharged ideal capacitor charges through R from an ideal constant-voltage source. The launch converts the stated fraction η of stored energy into payload kinetic energy. Charging-resistor heat is not recovered.
