Cambridge 9702: scope and course structure

Examinations in 2025–2027 · Version 1. AS candidates study Topics 1–11. Full A Level candidates study those foundations plus Topics 12–25, with practical skills assessed throughout.

The 12 visual groups reorganise the existing 25-topic map; they are not official syllabus headings. GioPhysics is an independent learning resource, not an examination board.

Check your specification

Edexcel, AQA and OCR selections offer shared-topic support, not a complete board-specific course map. Use your exam board’s current specification for required topics, practical work and assessments.

Same principles. Brighter futures.
