Every imaging machine in a hospital is one physics idea wearing a lab coat. X-rays photograph a shadow through exponential attenuation; CT spins that shadow into slices; ultrasound listens for echoes and reads depth from d = vt/2; nuclear medicine and PET follow a radioactive tracer to image function instead of anatomy; MRI resonates the protons you are mostly made of.
